Advantages of using LPG mix (LPG)
Major advantage is the reduction in price of LPG transport by 40-50% compared to ordinary fuels. The economy derived from LPG price which stands at about 50% of the price of gasoline. Motor efficiency decreases by 6-10% for operation with LPG, and consumption is slightly higher (approximately 7%), however the transportation cost economy leads to less than half the price of regular fuel supply accordingly.
Initial investment in order to convert a car to LPG operation starts at 250 USD and can reach even 8-900 USD if we consider injection engines. The average price for a facility certified for installation on a Dacia car carburetor is 300-500 USD. In a simple calculation, return on investment in LPG supply is after the first 20.000 km driven .
Engine power is achieved in dual mode gas or LPG, gasoline powered-on after the engine passes on autogas. This increases the autonomy of transport.
Another advantage of LPG in terms of the environment, is the result of this fuel has a more complete combustion in the engine exhaust gas composition results in having fewer emissions, so environmental pollution is reduced. When starting in cold weather, emissions are 10-20 times lower than those of unleaded gasoline engine.
In terms of technical and maintenance costs of a car equipped with such a facility, autogas ensure more complete combustion cylinder having direct effect of the lack of soot in the oil, leading to longer life of oil and fouling the lower plug.
The phenomenon that is removed by washing cylinder gasoline starting in cold condensate, LPG improves the lubrication and extends engine life.
